• Return from Nová hoľa possible ONLY in cabin!
     
  • Points tickets are transferrable and are issued at one tariff regardless of age.
     
  • Points tickets can be recharged at any amount of points (up to 300 points) even prior to complete usage. One point counts as 0,50 €. It is not possible to recharge points on used single run tickets (e.g. chip cards used for single ride on bob run)
     
  • Points tickets are valid throughout the whole summer season.
     
  • When using a points ticket on the TELEMIX Nová hoľa cable car 12 points are always deducted even if the user does not use the return leg!
     
  • Points from points tickets can be used in the combination of your choice on all the FunArena attractions and the TELEMIX Nová hoľa chairlift.
     
  • All tickets (except for single rides on the Nová hoľa cable car) are issued only as chip cards.
     
  • There is a 2 € deposit on a chip card which will be returned on departure from the resort only on completely functional and undamaged cards.
     
  • Keep the chip card with you and display on your left side and be prepared to show it when requested by personnel or other authorised controls! Be warned that carrying the chip card in close proximity to mobile phones can lead to the chip card coding be erased and invalidates any repeat free of charge recharging!
     
  • ORGANISED GROUPS:
    In the event that organised groups are interested in using the FunArena attractions outside regular operating times the displayed prices for each attraction count but, there is a minimum 100€ fee for the whole group. Special rides on the TELEMIX Nová hoľa chairlift outside regular operating times cost 100€ fee for the whole group.
