There is a railway station in Poprade from where it is possible to take the Tatra electric train to where you are staying. Access to Hrebienok from Starý Smokovec is by means of the Tatra funicular railway.

Using the Inter City train that connects Bratislava and Košice (445 km), the two largest cities in Slovakia, it is possible to cover the distance from Bratislava in 4 h 50 min.
