Yes. During the purchase process, leave the ski pass number field empty (this field is not mandatory). A refundable deposit of €4 for each chip card will be automatically added to your order. You can then collect your ski pass at any ticket office in the PARK SNOW Donovaly resort.

No. The photo is automatically taken during your first pass through the turnstile.

A non-transferable ski pass may be used only by the same person. If the ski pass is used by another person, it will be blocked without any right to compensation.

Night skiing is valid with night ski passes, 4- and 8-hour passes, 3- to 6-day passes, and season passes.

4-hour, 1-day, night, and multi-day ski passes are valid only on the days for which they were purchased. The exception is the 8-hour ski pass, which is valid throughout the entire winter season.

The loss of a ski pass must be reported at the PARK SNOW resort administration office, where the pass will be blocked and a new one issued. To block the ski pass, the authorization number is required, so we recommend keeping your proof of payment or taking a photo of the ski pass. In the case of an online purchase, we can retrieve the authorization number through the e-shop.

The time on a 4-hour ski pass starts with the first pass through the turnstile (not from the time of purchase).

Chip cards can be returned at the machines located near the Yeti Bar and at the base station of the cable car to Nová hoľa. During opening hours, cards can also be returned at the resort ticket offices, Koliba Goral, the Patty Ski, Dami’ Sport, and SKI-TI ski schools, Bistro Záhradište, Restaurant Magura, and the Husky Bar.

No. Children under 6 travel free of charge. They do not need a ski pass to pass through the turnstile; they go through together with their accompanying adult or use the designated passage.

Yes. Pedestrians can use the TELEMIX Nová hoľa cable car during the winter season as well. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office.

During the main season, the S2 and P6 connecting lifts are available and can be used to travel between Nová hoľa and Záhradište.

The ski resort offers ideal conditions for winter sports, families with children, and recreational skiers. A pleasant atmosphere, quality services, and beautiful mountain nature create a place you’ll be happy to return to.
