The TELEMIX Nová hoľa chairlift operates in half-hour intervals, i.e. every half hour and a whole hour during the center‘s opening hours.

Yes, from Nová hola it is possible to go down the winter slope back to the chairlift‘s valley station or to the center of the village by following the red tourist sign.

The journey by chairlift to Nová hoľa hill takes 5 to 7 minutes.

No, parking is free for guests with a valid chairlift ticket. Before leaving the parking lot, you must claim a 100% discount at the payment station with your chairlift ticket.

Chip cards can be returned in the machine, which is located at the ticket office near the valley station of the Nová hola chairlift. During opening hours, cards can be returned at the center‘s cash desks, in the restaurant Koliba Goral, the Magura restaurant or the Husky bar.

Yes, if the dimensions of the stroller allow it, it can be taken in the cabin without an additional charge.

Yes, transporting pets on the TELEMIX Nová hoľa chairlift is possible both ways in cabins and is free of charge.

Our e-scooters are intended only for paved surfaces, i.e. not for off-road use. Before renting an e-scooter, you will receive a map of recommended routes within the village of Donovaly.
