Yes. In the purchase process, you leave the box with the skipass number empty (this field is not mandatory). You can then pick up the skipass at any cash desk in the PARK SNOW Donovaly ski resort, where you pay a refundable deposit of €2 for each issued skipass.
4-hour, one-day, evening and multi-day skipasses are valid only for the days on which they were purchased. The exception is the 8-hour skipass, which is valid throughout the winter season.
The loss of the skipass must be reported at the PARK SNOW office, where the skipass will be blocked and a new one will be issued. An authorization number is required to block the skipass, so we recommend that customers keep receipt or take a photo of the skipass. In the case of an online purchase of a skipass, we will look up the authorization number via the e-shop.
No. The photo is created automatically the first time you pass through the turnstile.

A non-transferable skipass can only be used by one and the same person. If the skipass is used by another person, it will be blocked without any refund.
You can use evening skipass, 4- and 8- hour skipasses, 3 to 6 days skipasses and endless season pass for evening skiing.
The time on the 4-hour skipass begins with the first passage through the turnstile (not from the time of purchase).
Chip cards can be returned at the machines located near the Yeti bar and at the valley station of the Nová hoľa chairlift. During opening hours, cards can be returned at the resort´ s cash desks, Koliba Goral, ski schools: Patty ski, Dami‘ sport and SKI-TI, Bistro Záhradište, Magura Restaurant and the Husky bar.
No. Children under 6 travel for free. They do not need a skipass. They go through the turnstile acommpanied by an adult person or they use the designated passage.
During the high season, approach lifts S2 and P6 are available. You can use them to move between Nová hoľa and Záhradište.
Yes. Hikers can also use the TELEMIX Nová hoľa chairlift during the winter season. The ticket can be purchased at the cash desk.
